Job summary

The Hoxton Madrid is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with the leadership team and shape our local people strategy. You will steer recruitment, development, and performance initiatives while upholding our inclusive culture and values.

Based in Madrid, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to design growth opportunities, manage employee relations, and drive engagement across the hotel’s teams as we launch this vibrant new property.

• 2+ years’ experience across all aspects of human resources within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Be a true partner to the business for anything related to looking after their teams, providing advice and guidance.
• Implement and manage policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment law.
• Position the brand as an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategies and talent pool development.

The Hoxton is coming to Madrid, a vibrant city of historic streets, buzzing plazas, creative energy, and a lively food scene. Located centrally on Plaza de Santa Ana, the hotel will feature 192 guest-rooms across five classic Hox categories, an open-plan lobby with all-day coffee, rooftop bar Cayo Coco for sundown cocktails, authentic Italian restaurant Bambini Club, and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s signature meeting and event space.
