A leading company in the healthcare sector seeks a People Business Partner to strategically manage labor relations and support organizational transformation. This role involves significant responsibility in fostering a positive work environment and assisting management in all people-related issues. Ideal candidates bring at least 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on business and human resources.
Reporting to the site's VP of People Function, the mission will be to lead the People function for the area of responsibility, serving as a strategic partner for the business while also representing Labor Relations at the site. This includes offering strategic vision regarding union management, labor relations, as well as compensation and benefits.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
Degree / Studies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Labor Relations, or similar. Relevant skills and work experience may substitute for a degree. A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is valued.
Experience
At least 6 years in a People Business Partner role focusing on Personnel Administration and Labor Relations, preferably in consulting firms (Big Five) or in the chemical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, biotechnology, or related industries.
Skills & Capabilities
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel, estimated at no more than 5% annually, with flexibility to travel as needed.
