Role Description

We're currently looking for a People Advisor. This role involves working with managers in central functions and sales to deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle. As a fully remote, global enterprise, our workers are located in various geographies, mostly as contractors. Prior experience with multinational organizations is highly preferred, but specific country labor law experience is not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR role, engaging with managers in a junior HRBP or Advisor capacity.

Core Tasks

• Provide HR support to the manager group across the full employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted partner for managers to address a range of worker issues.
• Advise on goal setting, organizational design, and team performance management to align with business objectives.
• Ensure managers adhere to processes and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities for the client group.
• Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding advice.
• Manage probation reviews with managers.
• Handle employee relations within the client group.
• Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate payments.
• Manage rewards for the client group, including benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes, and local audits.
• Support operational HR activities as needed.
• Participate in various HR projects across the team.
