Netskope seeks a People Activation and Enablement (PAE) Specialist to act as a primary contact for candidates, employees, and managers, handling HR inquiries across acquisitions and internal staff lifecycles.

The role requires interpreting HR policies, maintaining data accuracy in Workday, and collaborating with Payroll to ensure timely salary payments. Experience with AI tools and HR systems is valuable.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR or TA Operations work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares offer/employment agreements for new and internal hires
• Responds to inquiries from candidates, employees and managers regarding HR policies and programs while maintaining confidentiality
• Manages background checks, work authorization, and probationary periods
• Triages sensitive issues and escalates when needed
• Maintains employee data in Workday and related systems with real-time updates
• Provides information to payroll teams to avoid salary payment delays
• Analyzes service delivery and data to improve efficiency
• Keeps updated on HR policies, systems, and procedures
• Uses AI tools to document and streamline PAE processes
