Instituto de Salud Carlos III busca un Asistente de Laboratorio Clínico y Biomédico para investigar en genética bacteriana. El trabajo incluirá la preparación de muestras y el análisis de cultivos bajo diferentes condiciones. Este puesto requiere una FP Grado Superior y los candidatos deben ser desempleados y menores de 30 años.

Formación

• No estar empleado en Instituto de Salud Carlos III antes del 10 de junio de 2024.
• Título requerido al momento de contratación.
• Tener menos de 30 años al momento de contratación.
• Estar desempleado hasta el día anterior a la contratación.

Responsabilidades

• Participar en el estudio del crecimiento de cultivos bacterianos bajo tratamientos antibióticos.
• Construcción de cepas recombinantes con fusiones a proteínas fluorescentes.
• Preparación de muestras para la técnica Hi-C.

Offer Description

The work will be developed in the research line: Pneumococcal bacterial genetics. The hired personnel will participate in the study of the growth of bacterial cultures under different antibiotic treatments and in the construction of recombinant strains containing fusions to fluorescent proteins to study protein interactions in vivo. On the other hand will be carry out the samples preparation for the Hi-C technique (chromosome conformation capture)

Specific Requirements

a) Not be employed by Instituto de Salud Carlos III before 10th June 2024.
b) Be in possession of the required qualification on the date of contracting with Instituto de Salud
Carlos III (FP Grado Superior)
c) Be under 30 years of age on the date of contracting with Instituto de Salud Carlos III.
d) Be unemployed up to the day prior to the date of contracting with Instituto de Salud Carlos III.
