Los candidatos seleccionados participarán en investigaciones con cultivos bacterianos y técnicas avanzadas de preparación de muestras.

Responsabilidades

• Estudiar el crecimiento de cultivos bacterianos bajo tratamientos con antibióticos.
• Construir cepas recombinantes para estudiar interacciones proteicas.

Offer Description

The work will be developed in the research line : Pneumococcal bacterial genetics. The hired personnel will participate in the study of the growth of bacterial cultures under different antibiotic treatments and in the construction of recombinant strains containing fusions to fluorescent proteins to study protein interactions in vivo. Additionally, they will carry out the sample preparation for the Hi-C technique (chromosome conformation capture).

Specific Requirements

• Not be employed by Instituto de Salud Carlos III before 10th June 2024.
• Be in possession of the required qualification on the date of contracting with Instituto de Salud Carlos III (FP Grado Superior).
• Be under 30 years of age on the date of contracting with Instituto de Salud Carlos III.
• Be unemployed up to the day prior to the date of contracting with Instituto de Salud Carlos III.
