Formación

• Conduct DCO sessions and finalize business design with SMEs.
• Lead and guide Pega development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Co-create workflows and views with business SMEs in App Studio.

What do you need to fulfill this job?

1. Conduct DCO sessions and finalize business design with SMEs.
2. Identify and create micro journeys.
3. Own the case type and responsibility of designing and maintaining it.
4. Co-create workflows and views with the business SMEs directly in App Studio.
5. Have a clear understanding of Pega Constellation patterns and components to achieve desired business outcomes within OOTB patterns.
6. Lead and guide Pega development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Work independently.
8. Proficiency in Java fundamentals, Java 8, and functional programming.
9. Experience with Spring framework, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
10. Ability to write unit tests using relevant frameworks.
11. Good practical knowledge and communication skills.
12. Primary skills include Core Java / Java 8 / Lambda, Spring Framework, RESTful Services, Kafka, J2EE, ReactJS / Redux, ORM (JDBC / Hibernate / JPA), SQL with Oracle / DB2, and tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Maven, GIT.
