Pediatric Group in Louisiana seeking Pediatricians to step into existing practices. The first year is a guaranteed salary (competitive/negotiable) with subsequent years on a production-based compensation formula. The position includes on-call and hospital rounding.

It is a fast-growing 37 provider multi-specialty practice operating out of 17 offices in Southern Louisiana. While the majority of our providers are pediatricians or nurse practitioners focused on pediatrics, we include internists, a pediatric cardiologist, and an OBGYN. The group’s compensation structure rewards hard-working and self-motivated physicians. Providers enjoy independence and rewards based on productivity.
