Your Team :

You will work as a member of a global support team providing assistance to PTC’s customers for PTC’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You will collaborate with support colleagues worldwide to deliver world-class technical support to all clients and work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively to meet sales and service goals.

Your Impact :

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our customers and partners, working alongside a talented and collaborative global team.

Your Day-To-Day :
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, thoroughly investigate reported issues related to PTC’s products, and address questions about guidance and best practices.
  • Use PTC’s case management tool to log issues, track statuses, and document activities.
  • Create and publish knowledge articles for PTC customers and employees.
  • Develop your skills through continuous training programs.
  • Be proactive and willing to take on new challenges independently.
Your Skills and Knowledge :
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting or implementing Client-Server architecture or multi-tier applications.
  • Ability to solve analytical problems with effective investigation and documentation.
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS, Cloud technologies, or third-party PLM systems (e.g., Dassault, Oracle, Siemens).
  • Optional: Knowledge of databases, networks, or operating systems.

Languages : Fluent in English and one of German, Italian, or French.
