How can you help us?

The PCM facilitates project objectives, manages change processes, and oversees product and project portfolios at Hero factories or TPM partners.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Organizing project kick-offs with cross-functional teams.
  • Providing supply chain input and managing project timelines.
  • Coordinating with finance, production, and other departments for project estimates, trials, and data management.
  • Managing product changes, obsolescence, and documentation processes.
  • Maintaining accurate data and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Supporting project management and cross-country coordination efforts.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or marketing.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Experience with SAP MDG and in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a structured approach.
