Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) seeks a self‑motivated engineer to design PCBs for high‑power and automotive applications. You will develop PCBs, manage schematics and footprints, and collaborate with application and simulation teams to meet density, EMC and cost targets.

Requirements include a BS in an engineering field (MS preferred), strong PCB design experience, and proficiency in Altium and OrCAD. English communication skills are essential for cross‑functional work.

Formación

• BS in related engineering field; MS preferred.
• Solid understanding of PCB design.
• Experience with Altium and OrCAD schematic/PCB design up to 12 layers.
• Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a highly self‑motivated engineer with strong knowledge in PCB design and power electronics to support the development of PCBs for high‑power and automotive applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and design Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for different power solutions ranging from high power to automotive customers.
• Manage schematic components, 3D models, and footprints libraries.
• Collaborate with application engineers to meet power density, cost, and EMC requirements.
• Work with simulation team to improve parasitic components of PCB design.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in a related engineering field (MS preferred).
• Solid understanding and experience in PCB design.
• Experience with Altium and OrCAD schematic and PCB design up to 12 layers.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
