Job Description

We are hiring a Payroll Support Office Officer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Personal Administration: Manage payroll accounting and general payroll administration for office staff, including onboarding, immigration services, and global mobility management.
  • Legislative Compliance: Keep legislative updates current and support legal compliance.
  • Rewards and Incentives: Manage flex salary, health insurance, and incentive programs (HIP).
  • Projects: Assist payroll manager in various projects.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee master data and files.
  • Calculate and process salary changes, terminations, deductions, and back pay.
  • Ensure timely statutory reporting and payments.
  • Coordinate with accounting for salary payments and bank reconciliation.
  • Support store payroll inquiries and external audits.
  • Communicate changes and provide training to staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Master's in HR, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of labor law.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive and team-oriented.

This is a permanent position based in Barcelona, with an immediate start possible.
