A leading company in the B2B sector is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their international HR Operations team. This role will focus on the accurate preparation of payroll data for multiple global markets, collaborating with external payroll providers, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in multinational payroll operations and a strong grasp of relevant HRIS systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Payroll Specialist with solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Workday (or similar HRIS systems) to join our international HR Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of payroll data for submission to our outsourced payroll partners across multiple market locations.
Prepare and validate monthly payroll data for multiple countries before submission to external payroll providers
Collaborate closely with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy
Monitor local payroll deadlines and ensure all activities are completed on time and in compliance with local laws
Assist with audits and reporting requirements, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data accuracy
Serve as the first point of contact for payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors , Workday , or similar HRIS / payroll platforms
Strong understanding of payroll processes, data integrity, and compliance in a multi-country setting
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal & written)
Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Tech, and external vendors
Experience with continuous process improvement or automation projects
Background in HR operations or rewards administration is a plus
