Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Consultant for a fully remote engagement in Spain to support AI training projects. You will apply HR expertise across partnering, employee relations, compensation, and payroll to train AI agents in HR tasks.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, fluency in Spanish, and a degree from a Spanish top university. This contract runs Oct 23–Nov 19 with about 21 hours per week, offering flexible remote work.

Position: Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour

Commitment: 21 hours/week
