Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We seek a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for AI training on a remote contract. You will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, build simulated HR environments, and craft prompts and grading rubrics aligned with Spanish payroll and labor standards.

Requires 5+ years in HR and fluency in Spanish. The role is remote, with a duration from Oct 23 to Nov 19 and a 21-hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
