Job summary

IFF is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage Belgium and Netherlands payroll, reporting to Regional Payroll Manager. The role supports accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across multiple countries in a hybrid setup.

You will partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and regional leadership to ensure payroll continuity, controls, and continuous improvement, while handling country-specific requirements and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering payroll operations for Belgium; Netherlands exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and social security requirements.
• Knowledge of Dutch payroll practice or ability to support with vendor partnership.
• Experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration for Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate inputs, processing, validations, and outputs with vendors and stakeholders.
• Validate payroll data, statutory calculations, reporting, and compliance with local laws.
• Support payroll continuity and process improvements in the region.
