What we need your support for:

1. Support and maintenance of existing IT systems to ensure smooth operation
2. Optimization and further development of the existing IT infrastructure to increase efficiency and performance
3. Collaboration in the 1st and 2nd level service desk to support users with technical problems and inquiries
4. Management and implementation of IT projects, including planning, implementation and monitoring
5. Analyzing and rectifying system faults and carrying out fault diagnoses
6. Documentation of IT processes and creation of technical instructions and training documents

What sets you apart:

1. Completed studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a related field
2. At least three years of professional experience
3. Ideally, you have certifications in the Microsoft environment such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Broadcom / VMware or IT security
4. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams and Onedrive
5. Experience in cloud operations (preferably Microsoft Azure) and in migrating on-premises systems to cloud platforms as well as in managing hybrid IT infrastructures
6. Experience in the management of virtualization environments (preferably Broadcom / VMware)
7. Knowledge of network administration and security to support and secure the IT infrastructure
8. Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
9. Customer and service orientation with a strong focus on user needs and satisfaction
10. Problem-solving skills and a proactive way of working to overcome technical challenges in an efficient and customer-oriented manner
