The role involves managing the payroll lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and generating reports. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years' experience in processing Spanish payroll and proficiency in both Spanish and English. This position offers a chance to work with a well-regarded firm in an international setting.

Formación

• 2-5 years processing Spanish Payroll.
• Experience with A3 software is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Run monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage full payroll lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Generate payroll reports and support with pensions and absences.

• Run monthly payroll ensuring high attention to detail, accuracy, and strong compliance with local legislations.
• Manage the full payroll lifecycle, including benefits, onboarding, offboarding, starters, and leavers.
• Partner cross-functionally to generate reports.
• Support with pensions, absences, and sick pay.

Experience :

• 2-5 years processing Spanish Payroll.
• Exposure to A3 software.
• Spanish and English language skills.
