You will manage French payroll processing and client interactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering excellent service. Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local payroll legislation.

What We're Looking For :

How You Will Make a Difference :

  • Experience in French Payroll Processing.
  • Knowledge of client contracts, employment policies, taxation, insurances, and social security regulations to ensure accurate and compliant payments.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll files.
  • Managing client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
  • Performing additional duties as required by the operations team.
  • Maintaining KPI performance standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Experience with SILAE Payroll software is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local payroll legislation.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor, or related fields is advantageous.
