Who are we looking for?

As an HR Payroll & Admin Technician, you will need to ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, maintain compliance with local labor regulations, and manage key HR administrative tasks. You will also support the HRBP in delivering employee engagement initiatives, fostering an efficient and compliant work environment, and ensuring seamless coordination of HR operations. This role is vital in maintaining accurate employee records, managing time and attendance systems, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

What will you be doing?

  • Payroll Management : Process payroll with an external provider, ensure compliance, manage benefits, and handle reporting.
  • HR Administration : Maintain employee records, support recruitment & onboarding, oversee time tracking and benefits.
  • Compliance & HSE : Ensure labor law compliance, tax regulations, and coordinate with HSE vendors.
  • Fleet Management : Oversee company car allocation, maintenance, and policy adherence.
  • HR Support : Assist with employee relations, performance management, and internal HR communications.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication : Implement strategies to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Projects : Collaborate with Finance on HR budgeting, reporting, and process improvements.

Who are You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of country-specific labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, time and attendance software, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
