What We're Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in French Payroll Processing.
• Ensure knowledge of client contracts, policies, taxation, insurances, and social security regulations, ensuring all payments are authorized, correct, and compliant.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.
• Manage client inquiries via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing world-class service.
• Perform additional duties as required by the operations team.
• Maintain KPI performance related to client allocations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in payroll and personnel administration.
• Experience with SILAE Payroll software is a plus.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with local payroll legislation.
• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor, or related fields is advantageous.
• Autonomy and flexibility to work in any way.
