About the role:

As a Payroll Management Team Coordinator at SD Worx Iberia, you will help coordinate, monitor and optimize the service of our clients, being their main point of contact for the follow-up of the same, as well as the reference person for the team of consultants in charge of providing the daily service to the same.

Your day-to-day work with our clients:
- Management of the implementation of the service : procedures manual, payroll calendar.
- Client management at local level and activity monitoring at corporate level (for international companies).- Service monitoring and customer follow-up.
- Follow-up of the invoicing of the clients in charge as well as the placing of purchase orders for additional services.
- Support and expert advice to the team in charge of the service on procedures with Official Bodies, labour and payroll optimization.

What we are looking for:


- At least 15 years of relevant experience in payroll and labour law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Team leadership and client management skills.
- High analytical and prioritisation skills as well as experience in conflict management.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation.
- You should be assertive and have good communication skills.
- You contribute to our team spirit with a good dose of humour and your own style.
- High level of English.
- We value experience with Integrho and SAP.
