Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group is assisting a growing international payroll technology business in hiring a Spanish Payroll Implementation Lead. The role focuses on managing Spanish payroll implementations from handover to go-live, acting as the Spanish payroll SME and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

You will configure payroll in A3, handle testing and parallel runs, and work closely with clients to capture requirements and deliver successful, scalable implementations across international

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience processing Spanish payroll end-to-end.
• Previous experience implementing Spanish payroll for clients.
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, IRPF, Social Security and CBAs.
• Experience using A3 payroll software.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with payroll reconciliations.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Spanish payroll implementations for new clients.
• Manage the implementation process from configuration to go-live.
• Configure payroll within A3 including IRPF, Social Security and CBAs.
• Engage with clients to understand payroll requirements and ensure successful implementations.

Job description

I'm working with a growing international payroll technology business looking to hire an experienced Spanish Payroll Implementation Lead to join its global implementation team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong background in processing Spanish payroll and has since moved into payroll implementations.

You'll be responsible for managing Spanish payroll implementations from initial client handover through to go-live, acting as the subject matter expert for Spanish payroll legislation and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end Spanish payroll implementations for new clients.
• Managing the implementation process, including configuration, testing, parallel runs and go-live.
• Configuring payroll within A3, including IRPF, Social Security and statutory requirements.
• Working directly with clients to understand their payroll requirements and ensure successful implementations.
• Providing technical guidance on Spanish payroll legislation, collective bargaining agreements and compliance.
• Working closely with internal payroll operations and product teams to improve processes and systems.

What we're looking for:
