SD Worx Spain is seeking a Payroll Consultant to help clients execute and optimise payroll processes, acting as their trusted advisor while supporting your own development in technical knowledge and career opportunities.

Based in Madrid or Granada, you will manage personnel movements, calculate payroll, liaise with official bodies, and advise on labour procedures. The role includes client management at local level and coordination for international companies.

Formación

• 4+ years of payroll management experience and labor law knowledge.
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or related field valued.
• Strong interest in HR, payroll management, and employment legislation.
• Experience with Integrho payroll engine is a strong advantage.
• Solid analytical skills and comfort with digital tools.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

About the role:

As a Payroll Consultant at SD Worx Iberia, you will help clients to execute and optimise their payroll process, being their trusted advisor while we will work on your personal development, technical knowledge and career opportunities.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Management of personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations).
• Payroll calculation and communication with official bodies.
• Support and advice on labour procedures.
• Client management at local level and monitoring of activity at corporate level (for international companies).

What do you have to offer?

• Minimum 4 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law.
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued.
• A strong interest in HR, especially in payroll management and employment legislation.
• Previous experience with Integrho payroll engine is a strong advantage.
• Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications.
• A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
• A problem‑solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour — we appreciate people who bring their own style and energy to the team.
• Spanish and fluency in English is essential.
