Your Role :

As a Payroll Consultant, you will independently manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for our Dutch clients. You will :

• Process payroll from start to finish: Handle all payroll activities.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and reporting requirements.
• Advise on payroll-related queries: Provide guidance on country-specific payroll legislation and issues.
• Maintain high standards: Ensure tickets and calls are addressed within SLA, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work with third parties and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.

What We Need From You :

• Proficiency in Dutch language and knowledge of Dutch payroll are highly desirable.
