Your Role :

As a Payroll Consultant, you will independently manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for our Dutch clients. You will :

Process payroll from start to finish : Handle all payroll activities.

Support statutory and year-end reporting : Ensure compliance with legal and reporting requirements.

Advise on payroll-related queries : Provide guidance on country-specific payroll legislation and issues.

Maintain high standards : Ensure tickets and calls are addressed within SLA, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders : Work with third parties and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Continuous improvement : Participate in root cause analysis and knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.

What We Need From You :

At least 1 year of Payroll experience is a must.

Dutch as a language and knowledge on Dutch payroll are big plusses.
