Your Role :

As a Payroll Consultant, you will independently manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for our Dutch clients. You will :

• Process payroll from start to finish : Handle all payroll activities.
• Support statutory and year-end reporting : Ensure compliance with legal and reporting requirements.
• Advise on payroll-related queries : Provide guidance on country-specific payroll legislation and issues.
• Maintain high standards : Ensure tickets and calls are addressed within SLA, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders : Work with third parties and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Participate in root cause analysis and knowledge transfer sessions : Enhance team capabilities and service delivery.

What We Need From You :

• At least 1 year of Payroll experience is a must.
• Dutch language skills and knowledge of Dutch payroll are big pluses.
