Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) International is seeking a Payroll Officer for the ICO to manage monthly payroll and benefits administration for ICO employees. The role reports to the Finance and Systems Manager, working with HR, C&B and administration to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of payroll/HR/finance admin experience in MSF, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail. English is essential; French desirable.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in payroll/HR/finance administration in MSF in a similar position.
• Knowledge of MSF compensation & benefits policies such as IRP2 as well as admin policies and processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• English essential. French desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll: prepares and administers payroll, includes unused leave payout, salary advances, allowances, reimbursements.
• Quality checks of payroll results in collaboration with C&B Specialist and HR team.
• Provide feedback to ICO HR Team on payroll outcomes and issues.
• Maintain records and reports of payroll abnormalities and ensure proper posting to employee self-service.
• Post payroll: coordinate remittance with HR, Finance, Convera and respond to inquiries.
• Benefits Management: ensure enrolment in retirement and health insurance programs, support in special insurance cases, follow up on long-term sick leaves.
• HRIS and Data: ensure payroll and benefits data is accurately captured in HRIS; participate in testing.
• Compliance and GDPR: safeguard compliance and GDPR; advise on risks.
• Others: support audits, training, knowledge sharing, and cross-border coordination.
