Getnet Platforms in Madrid is seeking a Payments Risk Associate to join our risk management team. You will provide independent second line of defence oversight across our platforms, products and services, and collaborate with business and technology teams to embed risk considerations into decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of risk management experience in payments, strong stakeholder management and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management within the payments industry.
• Experience providing risk oversight and independent challenge in a regulated environment.
• Experience assessing risks across payment platforms, products and services.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and risk functions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Second Line of Defense oversight across Getnet Platforms.
• Maintain a holistic view of risks affecting platforms, products, services and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology teams to embed risk considerations into decision-making processes.
• Assess the risk implications of platform transformations, migrations, integrations and other strategic programmes.
• Review and challenge business cases, implementation plans, operational readiness assessments and migration strategies.
• Consolidate insights from Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Risk, Financial Crime Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Third-Party Risk and other specialist functions.
• Monitor key risk indicators, emerging risks, incidents and control effectiveness across the global platforms environment.
• Support governance forums with clear risk assessments, practical recommendations and concise reporting for senior management.
