Santander’s Getnet Platforms in Madrid seeks a PGX Risk & Compliance Associate to strengthen Second Line of Defense oversight across our payments platforms. You will partner with business and technology teams to embed risk considerations into decision-making and assess transformations, migrations and integrations from a risk perspective.

The role requires 5+ years in risk management within payments, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong stakeholder influence.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management within the payments sector.
• Experience providing risk oversight or independent challenge in a regulated environment.
• Experience assessing risk for payment platforms, technology and service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent Second Line of Defense oversight across Getnet Platforms.
• Maintain a holistic view of risks affecting platforms, products, services and initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology teams to embed risk into decision-making.
• Assess risk implications of platform transformations, migrations, and integrations.
• Review business cases, implementation plans, and operational readiness.
• Consolidate insights from multiple risk domains and report to senior management.
