Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner Lead (Payments) based in Spain to drive the strategy for a portfolio of payment products, including aggregation and integrations. You will mentor Product Owners, own core payment services, and work closely with B2B customers to refine requirements and ensure successful technical collaborations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, enhance product processes, and contribute to scalable payment solutions in a fast-moving international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years as Product Owner with at least 1 year in Lead role.
• Hands-on expertise in payments domains (PSPs, gateways, orchestration, antifraud, reconciliation).
• Intermediate-level English or higher, with written and spoken fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a shared vision for payment products including aggregation and integrations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners; align roadmaps across payments domain.
• Own delivery of core payment aggregator service and ensure reliable execution.
• Work with B2B customers to gather requirements, support integrations, and participate in technical discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, and operations teams; resolve conflicts.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation including API docs and integration guides.
