1. Executing processes related to payments and Deel-branded debit cards.
2. Reviewing and recording data accurately in our system.
3. Handling customer inquiries related to payments and debit cards.
4. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
5. Improving processes, tooling, automation, and user experience.
6. Creating and maintaining process documentation.

Requirements:

1. 0-4 years of experience in high-volume operations, preferably in FinTech or startups.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Data-driven with a structured problem-solving approach.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
5. Service-oriented mindset.
6. Willing to work extra hours during busy periods.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
8. Within the AMER (Central America) region.
