IQVIA is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment and Retention Operations professional to translate strategy into actionable plans and to lead operational execution for multiple studies. You will collaborate with sponsors, CRAs, site staff and internal teams to drive recruitment and retention across programs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, budget oversight, and timelines, with a focus on quality and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent.
• 6 yrs. of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of drug development processes across all functional areas.
• GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines knowledge.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams including vendors and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Translate recruitment and retention strategy into operational plans to impact rates.
• Act as internal consultant to implement recruitment plans on projects.
• Manage scope, objectives, and quality of deliverables for projects.
• Serve as primary operational contact for recruitment programs with sponsor.
• Manage assigned project budgets to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate activities to ensure milestones are met.
• Develop and implement risk management plans.
• Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends, vendors, and technologies.
• Support training efforts and process improvements.
• Liaise with vendor account managers for tracking and reporting.
