IQVIA is seeking a seasoned professional to manage patient recruitment and retention programs across small to mid-size studies. You will translate strategy into operational plans, coordinate with sponsors and project teams, and drive KPI and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership and vendor management across global teams. Based in the EMEA region, you will train site staff, conduct workshops, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining quality across all activities related

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health care or a scientific discipline is required.
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience in clinical research/pharma.
• Deep knowledge of drug development processes across functions.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory guidelines.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to present effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment and retention plans for small to mid-size studies with stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational consultant to implement recruitment plans on projects.
• Manage scope, deliverables, and budgets; track KPIs and financials.
• Interface with sponsors, project teams and vendors; ensure timely reporting.
• Develop risk management plans and support cross-functional meetings and trainings.
• Liaise with vendors and patient advocacy groups; support data updates and reports.
• Plan logistics for congresses/conferences and maintain up-to-date strategy.
