This position is offered as a fixed term contract (contrato temporal)

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and Assist: Be the friendly face welcoming passengers at the airport
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to every VIP customer
  • Smooth Operations: Help with check-in and boarding at the gates as well as checking passports and travel documents
  • Customers Safety: Make sure our customers have a smooth and safe journey through the airport on their way back home from their holiday
  • Safety and Security: Following the necessary safety and security procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • A team player with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Flexibility to work across rotational shifts – weekends and bank holidays
  • Calm under pressure – especially when managing challenging customers
  • Previous experience is a plus, but we’ll provide full training
