Parts Coordinator

The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring Prodrive and Aston Martin Racing provide a world-class service to its customers by delivering responsive, clear, and precise communication, efficiency, and accurate order processing. The role is primarily office-based but requires international travel to attend race events, where you will support customers from our state-of-the-art customer support truck.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide the customer base with a point of contact for all parts requirements and quotations.
2. Support Account Managers with customer order creation, monitor, and process all sales parts orders through to final delivery.
3. Manage customer demand using our manufacturing and inventory system, IFS.
4. Provide track-side parts support at international events such as European GT4, French GT, and ADAC GT4 from our European Support Truck.
5. Provide the customer base with ongoing information and weekly updates regarding parts availability and backorders.
6. Liaise with purchasing and manufacturing departments to chase delivery of parts for sale.
7. Liaise with Distribution to ensure orders are prioritized and shipped as agreed with the customer.
8. Manage the prompt and correct delivery of all goods and services.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have experience within Motorsport or an Automotive background, with good parts knowledge and/or experience in processing orders and product movements. Effective communication via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions is essential. The ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet tight and challenging deadlines is important. You should be computer literate, with strong skills in Word and Excel. Availability and willingness to travel to race events are required.
