Your Role at Otovo

Partnerships Manager Northern Europe

Location: Madrid, Berlin, Oslo. Office-based with some flexibility

As Partnerships Manager Northern Europe, you will play a key role in expanding Otovo’s presence in the region and will help onboard and manage partnerships to increase demand and accelerate the adoption of solar energy. This role reports to the Vice President Partnerships & Growth

Your Tasks
  • Partner Onboarding: Identify, engage, and onboard new business partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their performance and satisfaction.

  • Strategic Planning: Support the mapping and engagement of potential partners across key industries.

  • Sales Enablement: Clearly pitch Otovo's value proposition to potential partners in a compelling way.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.

  • Implementation: Ensure smooth technical setup and collaboration with partners.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance and contribute to meeting key targets.

What We Look For
  • Degree ideally in business administration or related field.

  • A proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships (experience in renewables or a strong interest in sustainability is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in reaching out to new partners.

  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.

  • Fluent in English and at least one between German, Swedish and Norwegian
