Partnerships Manager B2B
Your contribution to Dcycle will be critical and exceptional. By reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your responsibility will be to strengthen our relationships with consulting firms and strategic partners, driving the adoption of our ESG solutions.
In Dcycle we know that indirect sales will play a crucial role in the coming years. The person who takes the role needs to have a strategic mindset and know-how of working with Consultancy firms. As a small team, part of your role will be to prioritize and bet on the projects that will bring more revenue to Dcycle.
Constant innovation is required. We expect from you to bring new ideas to the table, think outside the box and lead a team. The team will grow below you, not above.
In 2025, Dcycle faces two major challenges: tripling the company’s revenue and scaling internationally. We expect partnerships to help us massively in both areas.
You will have completed our best-in-class onboarding, designed to ensure your success from your first day. It will include working on practical sustainability cases to better understand our customers’ daily challenges, meeting with key people, and understanding our objectives and the way we do things at Dcycle.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible start between 8:00 - 9:30 AM and end between 5:00 - 6:30 PM), with an early finish at 3:00 PM on Fridays.
Innovation requires seamless collaboration. At Dcycle, we believe impact comes from being present. We love having the whole team together—creating, helping each other, and having a great time. But after the first month, we offer up to two remote work days per week if you need them to recharge and get shit done.
