We’re looking for a Partnerships & Communications Manager to help manage and grow our network of expert economic contributors. You’ll be the main point of contact for these partners—keeping communication clear, ensuring we receive accurate and timely data, and supporting the expansion of our network to strengthen our research.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management : Act as the main contact for external partners, managing communication, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth collaboration across projects and deliverables. Keep partners engaged through consistent outreach, satisfaction surveys, and seasonal communications.
  • Data Quality & Process Oversight : Monitor the participation and data flow from partners, ensure accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, and work closely with internal teams to solve issues and maintain data quality.
  • Network Growth & Onboarding : Lead efforts to expand and diversify our contributor base by identifying and onboarding new contacts, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Handle agreements with new partners as needed.
  • Recognition Program Management : Manage our contributor recognition processes, including communications and materials related to awards or acknowledgments, in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Project Coordination & Campaign Support : Support the rollout of internal initiatives aimed at improving data collection, contributor workflows, and external communication tools — working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing external communications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable.
  • Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, focused, and able to work independently
