About you

You should be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and eager to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. You’ll excel at expanding your network and promoting our proposition. Your ability to initiate and close high-value deals quickly, driven by your tenacity and expertise, will be key.

You’ll pursue your own leads and follow up on inquiries, highlighting the unique value of an IWG partnership. Your excellent communication skills in your local language and English will allow you to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

Most importantly, you’ll have a can-do mindset: passion, curiosity, pride, drive, and ownership. We’ll support the rest.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our team of over 200 Partnerships Sales Leaders, you’ll leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, business and financial acumen, and commitment to business development. We’ve closed over 1,000 deals in 50+ countries last year alone.

From one day to the next, your responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating high-value deals to establish new partner locations, expanding the IWG network in your region
  • Identifying opportunities in commercial buildings, pitching for new partnerships, and closing deals quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrating the value of IWG’s partnership proposition to your B2B network
  • Sourcing ambitious partners aligned with our growth goals for conversions and new developments
  • Adapting your business development approach to meet partners’ varied needs
  • Managing your pipeline from initial contact to signed agreement
