The Inter-American Development Bank is seeking a highly qualified Partnership Development Consultant to enhance engagement with European entities for their 'BID for the Americas' program. This role involves strategic partnership development, event coordination, and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding outreach to Latin America and the Caribbean.

We are looking for a highly qualified, resourceful, and dynamic professional. As a Partnership Development Consultant, you will lead efforts to promote and engage European entities with the "BID for the Americas" Program.
You will work in the Office in Europe, part of the Global Partnerships Office. This team is responsible for strengthening alliances and mobilizing resources with the IDB Group's 16 European member countries, Israel, the European Union, and key European-based partners across the public, private, academic, and non-governmental sectors.

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, International Development, International Relations, or related fields.
• Experience: At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in partnership development.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of French and Portuguese is a plus.
• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Spain or one of the 48 member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Spain.
• Family Ties: No family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
• Full-Time National Consultant, 12 months (up to 36 months).
