At Factorial, we're looking for a new Partners Manager for the Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level. The partners team is just getting started, so there are huge opportunities to define processes, grow, and take part in building a new business unit!

Responsibilities
  • Search for new potential partners and execute the full cycle with potential partners to join our partners program.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR space (our partners sell, implement, and support Factorial).
  • Be the key point of contact for several of our partners.
  • Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with your partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and resolving specific issues.
  • Gather feedback from partners and clients to identify pains and opportunities for developing our partnership channel.
  • Upsell additional Factorial products / services based on client needs.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership.
Your Profile
  • Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
  • 1-2 years experience as a Sales Channel Manager in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and quick empathy.
  • Proactive and innovative.
  • Proficient in Portuguese and professional English.

  • Experience building a Business Unit / team from scratch.
  • Partnership or channel sales experience.
  • Knowledge in Human Resources, Software, or Payroll.
  • Experience in full cycle B2B sales.
