The role offers competitive earnings determined by self-originations and encompasses a wide array of specializations in law. Our client is a highly selective entrepreneurial firm combining the dynamic client service, teamwork, and agility of a high-end boutique law firm with the deep multidisciplinary experience of a large global firm. They provide exceptional representation across 50 offices in 12 countries on 5 continents, with an all-star team of corporate, litigation, tax, intellectual property, entertainment, and private client attorneys. Their clients include technology startups, financial institutions, and Fortune 100 companies. The firm is interested in partner-level attorneys in Spain with a minimum of €600,000 portable business.

The firm pays 70% of self-originations to each partner-level attorney. A newly hired partner who originates and collects €600,000 would earn approximately €420,000.

There are no mandatory retirement, capital contributions, or minimum billing rate requirements. Attorneys can practice remotely from anywhere in Spain or other jurisdictions.
