We are interested in partner-level attorneys in Spain with a minimum of € 600,000 portable business.

The Firm pays 70% of self-serviced originations to each partner-level attorney. A newly hired partner who is able to originate and collect € 600,000 would take home € 420,000.

In the past 12 months, the firm has experienced 100% return on investment in lateral hiring, meaning that the firm has been able to recoup all of its expenses from the laterals hired in the past year. This excellent hiring ROI means the firm has an excellent record of retaining lawyers firm-wide.

No mandatory retirement, required capital contributions or minimum billing rates. You are welcome to practice from home or any convenient location in Spain or any other jurisdiction.
