A leading entrepreneurial law firm in Spain seeks partner-level attorneys with a minimum portable business of €600,000. The firm offers a competitive payout structure and the flexibility to practice from any location. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in corporate law, litigation, and intellectual property, with a focus on startups and financial sectors.

Our client is a highly selective entrepreneurial firm that combines the dynamic client service, teamwork and agility of a high-end boutique law firm with the deep multidisciplinary experience of a large global firm. Their clients consistently receive exceptional representation across 50 offices in 12 countries on 5 continents, from an all-star team of corporate, litigation, tax, intellectual property, entertainment, and private client attorneys. The clients of this firm range from cutting edge technology startups to financial institutions and Fortune 100 companies. Their attorneys come with decades of experience, including with top premier law firms, prior to joining this distributed firm. We are interested in partner-level attorneys in Spain with a minimum of € 600,000 portable business.

The Firm pays 70% of self-serviced originations to each partner-level attorney. A newly hired partner who is able to originate and collect € 600,000 would take home € 420,000.

No mandatory retirement, required capital contributions or minimum billing rates. You are welcome to practice from home or any convenient location in Spain or any other jurisdiction.
