About the Role

Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Nerja is expanding and looking for a dedicated real estate agent to lead sales in Torre del Mar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the market, handling real estate transactions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. As a partner, you will also have the opportunity to influence business strategies and be part of the regional management team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead sales in Torre del Mar and surrounding areas.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Execute successful real estate transactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should be highly motivated, have strong sales skills, and enjoy working with people. You are independent yet a team player, structured in your approach, and driven by achieving great results.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent with a strong sales record
  • Good knowledge of Torre del Mar and surrounding areas
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving skills
