A leading global travel organization is seeking a Partner Success Manager to oversee vital hotel chain partnerships, ensuring optimal performance and integration. The role combines relationship management with data-driven insights to drive commercial success across diverse hotel portfolios. As the Partner Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing relationships with our global hotel chain partners. This role bridges the gap between commercial strategy and operational excellence by ensuring our partners' dynamic inventory is performing optimally across WebBeds’ Points of Sale.You’ll bring a combination of relationship management, data-driven insight, and technical integration knowledge to help us deliver outstanding results to our hotel partners and drive commercial success across a growing and diverse chain portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global hotel chain partners, ensuring their successful onboarding, connection, and ongoing performance across WebBeds’ platforms. You will work closely with Strategic Account Managers and Connectivity teams to optimize rates, availability, and commercial outcomes, playing a key part in driving growth and maximizing partner success within the dynamic inventory ecosystem.
WebBeds is a global digital travel marketplace for the travel trade, an intermediary connecting hotels and other travel service suppliers to a distribution network of travel buyers all over the world. We connect hotels looking to fill rooms with buyers trying to find rooms.
