YOUR IMPACT

As a Partner Success Manager, your mission is to build strong, lasting relationships with our partners and ensure they fully leverage the value of our solution. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration.

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Plan and coordinate the various stages of the partner onboarding process (e.g., setup, data migration, SSO configuration).
  • Ensure smooth partner onboarding: present the solution, configure access, and provide technical support during the setup phase.
  • Train and support partners on the platform using training materials (guides, videos, contextual help).

Partner Success

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with your portfolio of partners.
  • Drive product adoption by introducing new features and best practices.
  • Collect and share partner feedback with the Product team, proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Foster partner engagement and ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.

Partner Support

  • Handle partner requests across multiple channels.
  • Help partners maximize the value they get from the Data Legal Drive platform.

THIS IS YOU

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or a client-facing support role.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills – you're confident and professional in interactions.
  • You’re patient, pedagogical, and approachable – you know how to guide and support effectively.
  • You're highly organized and self-sufficient – managing priorities and projects comes naturally to you.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • You have knowledge of GDPR. Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
  • You're proficient with Hubspot, Ringover, Jira, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and/or French is a must for this role – German and Portuguese are a plus.
