Job Title: Partner Sales Executive - Madrid, Spain

The Red Hat Sales team is seeking a Partner Sales Executive to join our Commercial sales team in Madrid, Spain. This role involves expanding Red Hat's presence and adoption of our cloud and automation technologies across your territory, working closely with your team and partners. The Partner Sales Executive drives customer value by developing and accelerating pipeline for co-sell partners and promoting partner solutions to local customers. Candidates should have experience with the partner ecosystem serving commercial accounts and a background in selling cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive customer revenue and solution success through partner impact.
  2. Integrate partner expertise into sales cycles and collaborate with account teams and customers for solution selling.
  3. Develop partner attach and pipeline through opportunity sharing.
  4. Qualify and secure inbound co-sell opportunities with the team for assigned customers.
  5. Support partner co-sell pipeline velocity by connecting resources and programs and resolving friction points.
  6. Create connections between Red Hat sellers and partners, and facilitate partner-to-partner collaborations to deliver solutions.
  7. Enable matchmaking within the partner ecosystem to drive opportunities and customer success.
  8. Identify and incorporate partners into account and territory plans.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions sales.
  2. Background in partner management and consultative customer engagement, preferably with middleware software providers.
  3. Experience selling software technologies.
  4. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executives.
  5. Ability to sell solutions in a multi-product environment.
  6. Proven success working with cross-functional teams.
  7. Comfort with delivering webinars, events, and training sessions.
  8. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  9. Willingness to travel up to 40%.
