Descripción del empleo

The right candidate will be a dynamic sales person who drives data and metric-based decisions while pushing both speed and volume. The role focuses on business development efforts to maximize revenue potential of RateGain’s portfolio of SaaS-based products. It also involves generating and developing new business opportunities and delivering an integrated approach to the business development framework.

Responsibilities

  1. Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for the Benelux & Nordics markets.
  2. Focus on selling to Hotels / Hospitality (individual ones, with >50 rooms or 25-50 rooms).
  3. Generate leads through daily cold calls, social media, industry contacts, and other online platforms.
  4. Build a healthy sales pipeline and continually feed it.
  5. Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities of RateGain SaaS-based solutions to B2B customers in the hospitality vertical, focusing on digital marketing offerings.
  6. Achieve assigned sales targets.
  7. Conduct market visits for face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations, participate in events & fairs.
  8. Coordinate with different departments for smooth handover and onboarding of new customers.
  9. Assist the market head in marketing efforts such as B2B marketing, webinars, trade shows, and lead generation.
  10. Must have a strong Tech Sales background with experience in SaaS Travel Industry.
  11. Fluent in English (mother tongue or equivalent); additional languages are a plus.
  12. Preferably, the candidate already has an existing portfolio of contacts (hotels).
  13. Good understanding of the Benelux & Nordics Hotellerie market, including top players, influencers, and associations.
  14. At least 3+ years of experience in sales, including cold calling and new customer acquisition.
  15. Proven track record of exceeding quotas against company goals.
  16. Experience managing new business, add-on, and renewal sales channels.
  17. Ability to convey business value from technical solutions, with an affinity for technology sales.
  18. Experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients.
  19. Strong empathy and obsession for customers, with a passion for revenue and growth.
  20. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  21. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction sales environment.
  22. Ability to work as a key member of sales management and leadership teams.
  23. Self-motivated, independent thinker, hardworking, a thought leader, with high integrity.
